Avid Carp Bottle Marker Kit

Specially developed for use when leaving the lines with the boat. These Bottle Markers ensure that the main line does not sink to the bottom. but it remains on the water surface, between the rod tip and the lead. The Bottle Marker ensures that the line does not sink and get caught in weeds or obstacles. Before attaching your rig or leader, attach two of the supplied Rubber Beads to your main line. One of the two Rubber Beads should be placed at the approximate depth you will be fishing and the other should be placed a few feet above the depth, to give the float some room to move. Once you have positioned your rig, attach the Bottle Marker to your main line between the Rubber Beads. You attach this using the clip that is attached to the elastic part of the marker.
